Part-Time Position Available
Faith4Families is seeking an experienced passionate Director for its growing ministry.
We are looking for a person with business acumen, as well as a passion for families and sharing the Christian faith.
This is a part-time position, which requires experience and focus on:
Marketing, Communications & Sales – both online and in presentations
Product Development – developing & promoting new resources
Team Leadership – working with the Faith4Families Administrator and Board
Financial Management – budgets, reports and fund-raising
The role is based in Auckland, however there is scope for flexibility and working from home.

Children and Families Specialist
Belmont Baptist Church, Auckland
Belmont Baptist Church are currently seeking a ministry leader to lead our Before and After School Community and Holiday Programmes and to assist in developing a broader children and families ministry within the church and local community. This role is integral to the life and growth in the church and community and currently serves a need for high quality cost effective programmes assisting busy working parents to provide care both educationally and pastorally in the Belmont area.
The role requires experience and understanding the needs of families and children in a modern working landscape where extracurricular care must be delivered in nurturing, safe environment that is both stimulating for the children and professional in its delivery.
The role will in part be invested in the sourcing and delivery of parenting and youth advisory services, as we sit in the centre of four schools with some 3000 students. The faith based nature of the work determines that you have a doctrinal view that is aligned with the Baptist Churches world view.
The role requires a high level of interaction with the church community as a ministry leader and this include attending Sunday services, ministry leadership supervision and a commitment to on going development of both faith and professional skills. A mature sense of calling to such a role is essential to your success as is your view to serving a large community in need of support.
A full job description for the Before and After School Programme is available to all applicants, however, proven experience would be greatly beneficial.This is a leadership role, so we are needing a ‘structured/people’ orientated person, able to work unsupervised and to lead a growing team to deliver a program of excellence. The hours are structured around the breakfast and after school program as well as full time during the school holidays. The church ministry component is built in around these hours.
